There is an excellent prayer book on a four-weekly cycle with prayers for both morning and evening (apart from Sunday). It is available here.

Note that there's a new series of prayers for Advent up on the AMBS website now, in the same style (and by the same authors) as 'Take My Moments...'

I have found this prayerbook to be wonderful! They now also have a second volume for holy days including Advent, Christmas and Easter.
